Who We Are

The Willows is a purpose built single storey Nursing Home situated in Blacon, which is a residential area of Chester. The Home is divided into two units, which offer care for the elderley frail and the elderly with dementia. We foster an atmosphere of care and support, which both enables and encourages our residents to live as full, interesting and independent lifestyle as possible.

Staff

The Home Manager, assisted by 2 Care Managers, leads a team of Qualified Nurses, Care Supervisors, Carers, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Cleaners, Laundry Staff, Maintenance and Admin Staff. All staff work to ensure that care is provided in a safe, clean and homely environment.

Training

We understand the importance of highly motivated well qualified staff and actively encourage and support staff form all departments to acheieve this.
