Who We Are

Since opening in 1992 The Beeches has gained an excellent reputation in the local community for the quality care it delivers.

The home is located in the village of Coppull close to all amenities and on the bus route.

Staff

The Home Manager leads the care team, providing 24 hour care in a safe, clean and homely environment. Our staff turnover is low, senior care assistants have all been in post for a number of years - the longest serving staff has been with us more than 10 years.

Training

there is a great emphasis on training, with all staff undergoing an induction programme, tailored to meet the needs of our residents and enabling us to maintain our standards of care. Many staff are undergoing or have completed National Vocational Qualifications in care.
